Seals for water treatment

Seals for potable water treatment, sewage treatment, desalination and sludge and wastewater handling plants, resistant to abrasion, chemical corrosion and suspended solids. Sealing solutions for water treatment

Pumps for water and sludge treatment

Rod and piston seals in anti-abrasion polyurethane, with O-rings in EPDM or NBR depending on the fluid. Reinforced wipers against abrasive particles.

Butterfly, gate and diaphragm valves

O-rings and flat gaskets for the sealing seats of the valve body. Must tolerate the presence of abrasive particles in environments with sludge and suspended solids.

Agitators and mixers

Rotary shaft seals in materials resistant to water and detergents. In sludge agitators, these require high wear resistance for contact with abrasive fluids.

Fittings, flanges and joints

O-rings in EPDM for water systems and flat gaskets for large-diameter flanges. Bespoke seals for the non-standard geometries of treatment plants.

Seals for abrasion and suspended solids

Seals in high-hardness polyurethane or glass or carbon-filled PTFE. Designed to withstand the continuous passage of fluids with solid particles.

Detergents and treatment chemicals

Resistance to chlorine, hypochlorite, pH-control acids and flocculants. EPDM and FKM/Viton® cover most compatibility requirements.
