Lubricating greases

Lubricating greases for seals ease assembly and reduce friction, extending component life and preventing elastomer degradation. FP Modena offers formulations in tins, tubes and cartridges, with food and drinking water certifications (NSF H1, FDA, KTW, ACS, MOCA).

Silicone greases

Silicone oil-based formulations compatible with NBR, EPDM, FKM/Viton®, HNBR and CR, from -45°C to over +200°C. Resistant to water, steam and oxidation, not compatible with silicone (VMQ).

Silicone greases with PTFE

Formulations with micronised PTFE to improve lubricity and wear resistance. Ideal for fitting and operating O-rings, and hydraulic and rotary seals.

Mineral greases

Mineral oil-based lubricants for use with NBR and polyurethane elastomers in hydraulic applications. Not compatible with EPDM.

Food-grade greases (NSF H1)

Lubricant formulations certified to NSF H1 and FDA for incidental food contact, compliant with European regulations for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Synthetic greases

Products based on PAO or synthetic esters for systems subject to wide temperature swings and requiring broad chemical compatibility.
