FP Modena designs and manufactures custom sealing solutions parts to match customer's specification, starting from a drawing or a sample. The service covers applications not met by standard catalogue profiles, from hydraulics to chemical processing, automation to water treatment, including co-design, prototyping, pre-production and volume manufacture.

Washers

Available in flat, shaped or lipped versions. Made from rubber (elastomer), PTFE, polyurethane and composite materials, for static seals and spacers.

Extrusions

Continuous profiles in elastomer with a constant cross-section, round, square, rectangular or U-shaped. Cut to length for perimeter seals and trims.

Die-cut parts

Parts cut from sheet or film by die-cutting. Suited to high-volume runs of flat gaskets, washers and small plates.

Foam

Open or closed-cell foam rubber. Used for thermal and acoustic insulation, vibration damping and low-pressure sealing.

Spacers

Cylindrical or conical elements in rubber or technopolymer. Used for mechanical spacing between components.

Waterjet-cut parts

Parts cut from sheet using a high-pressure waterjet. Suited to complex shapes with no geometric limits and no heat-affected zone.

Turned parts

Parts machined from bar or tube by CNC turning. Available in PTFE, polyurethane, polyamide, POM and PEEK, with tight dimensional tolerances.

Milled parts

Parts machined by CNC milling from sheet or block. Suited to complex geometries, pockets, blind holes and multi-plane surfaces.

Sheet and adhesive-backed sheet

Sheet in rubber, PTFE, polyurethane or foam rubber, in various thicknesses. Also available with an adhesive backing for direct bonding.

Adhesive-backed foam

Sheets and shaped pieces in foam material, with adhesive on one or both sides. Allow direct fitting without additional adhesives.

Tubing

Extruded tubing in rubber or silicone, with a round or shaped cross-section. Used for fluid conveyance, cable protection and insulation.
