Sealing solutions for Oil & Gas

Valves (gate, ball, check, needle)

O-rings and anti-extrusion backup rings in PTFE or PEEK, for the valve body and stem seats. Single configuration for unidirectional pressure, double for bidirectional.

Pumps for hydrocarbon transfer

Static and rotary seals in FKM/Viton® and FFKM. Resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, H2S and CO2 in solution.

Line equipment

O-rings in FKM/Viton®, FFKM and FEP/PFA for the static seats of filters, separators and heat exchangers. Sized for operating pressure and the process thermal cycles.

High-pressure sealing systems

O-rings and backup rings form the standard configuration, doubled above 200-250 bar. For extreme pressures, anti-extrusion systems in PEEK or composites with O-rings in FFKM.

Sealing systems for aggressive fluids

H2S in sour gas, CO2, desulphurisation amines, methanol and glycols. Material selected for chemical compatibility, rapid gas decompression (RGD, NORSOK M-710) and temperature.
