O-ring kits

O-ring kits are pre-packed assortments of O-rings in a range of sizes and materials, designed for repair workshops, maintenance teams and MRO stores. FP Modena supplies these in a case with numbered compartments for quick identification, also available made up to order with customer-specified sizes and materials.

Peroxide-cured EPDM

Peroxide cross-linked EPDM O-rings. Suited to water, low-pressure steam, DOT brake fluids and alkaline solutions, from -40°C to +150°C, not compatible with mineral oils.

FKM / Viton®

Fluoroelastomer with high chemical and thermal resistance, for oils, fuels and hydraulic fluids, from -20°C to +200°C. The benchmark material for automotive, hydraulic and chemical use.

O-ring kits by sizing system

Available in the three most common sizing systems: metric to ISO 3601, imperial to AS568, and British Standard, for European, American and British-built equipment.

NBR (nitrile rubber)

The most widely used elastomer in industry for O-rings. Excellent resistance to mineral oils, greases and diesel fuel, from -30°C to +100°C.
